SOUND HEALING

Sound is vibration...calming, powerful, emotion invoking and healing.  Think of how specific songs or sounds such as the waves of the ocean make you feel. 

It can heal the mind, soul and heart.

All matter including our bodies are vibrating at specific frequency.  When depression, trauma, sickness, disease and stress start to impact us we vibrate at a lower frequency. 

By using healing tones or frequencies using tuning forks, drums, singing bowls or even the sound of our breath we can naturally heal ourselves.

Growing a tiny human requires love, acceptance, self care and awareness of your body to embrace the experience and create a healthy and positive environment for you and that beautiful human inside you.  Often we prepare for the little one buying things for when they arrive.

Why I'm Different

Besides being a superhero, I passionately love what I do!  
I never imagined the impact massage would make in my life. Three years ago I said goodbye to technology and grew a massage therapy practice I love!
